RocketFast! Car wash is Hiring an Operations Manager Near Shreveport, LA
- Assist with equipment repair issues
- Monitor equipment maintenance program
- Report on monthly fast pass sales
- Perform inspections of sites on regular basis
- Monitor weekly schedules and total labor hours
- Monitor damage claims and develop procedures to limit and reduce damages to minimum acceptable levels.
- Monitor overall physical appearance and upkeep of sites.
- Hold regular staff meetings and review areas improved on and areas needing improvement
- Assist with chemical and vending reports and orders.
- Look for ways to control costs and improve profitability
- Review customer complaints with site managers and general manager when appropriate.
- Assist in staffing and training of staff and managers.
- Continue to build knowledge of wash industry and look for ways to improve operations thorough outside resources.
- Evaluate quality of wash delivery.
Strong interpersonal skills; computer literate; enjoy working outdoors; mechanically inclined; organized; excellent verbal and written communication
